António Mangachaia
Founder & Managing Director
Electrical Engineer trained at Eduardo Mondlane University (UEM), with dual Master’s degrees in Health, Safety and Environmental Engineering (Université de Technologie de Troyes, France) and Project Management (Liverpool John Moores University, UK).
With over 10 years of experience in the energy, engineering, and sustainability sectors, he is the Founder and Executive Director of Kaniel Outis Corporation (KOC), leading strategic initiatives in renewable energy, energy management, electrical infrastructure, and environmental impact assessment.
As Project Manager and Lead Instructor at KOC Academy, he develops and delivers technical training programs in workplace safety, energy efficiency, and sustainable engineering. His work is aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), promoting innovative, high-impact solutions.
Ana Ucucho
Co-founder & CFO
Specialist in Applied Biology, Occupational Health, and QHSE Management. Ana Maria is a graduate of the Eduardo Mondlane University (UEM), with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Biology. She also holds extensive training in ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications, making her a strong leader in occupational health and safety.
Ana Maria has over 5 years of experience in the areas of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) and corporate finance. She is the Co-Founder and CFO of Kaniel Outis Corporation (KOC), overseeing the strategic implementation of QHSE policies and managing corporate finances. She is also responsible for coordinating technical training programs through the KOC Academy and promoting gender inclusion and youth leadership.
Her work is deeply aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a focus on developing innovative solutions for sustainable growth in sectors such as energy, environment, and health.
Dadone Mangachaia
Co-Founder & Head of IT
Dadone Mangachaia is a highly skilled IT professional with a degree in Computer Engineering from the Instituto Politécnico de Tete. He is the Co-Founder and Head of IT at Kaniel Outis Corporation (KOC), where he leads the development of technological solutions aimed at advancing KOC’s operations in energy, sustainability, and environmental management.
With over 10 years of experience in IT and software development, Dadone has been integral in implementing robust IT infrastructures and systems that align with KOC’s strategic goals. His expertise spans IT management, cloud technologies, software development, and systems integration.
