1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will be considered only under the following conditions:

  • You submit the request within 7 days of your original course purchase.
  • You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
  • The course was purchased directly from the official KOC Academy platform.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after course access exceeds 20%.
  • Discounted or promotional course purchases.
  • Requests made after certificate issuance.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team at: support@academy.koc.co.mz with your full name, course name, and proof of payment.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method. We will notify you via email once the refund is completed.
